Divorce Impact Education Class

Newly-separating or divorcing parents are required by Kansas law to attend a divorce impact education class. In the 9th Judicial District (Harvey and McPherson counties), this class is called Parents Forever and is offered through the Community Mediation Center (CMC).

This two-hour class is offered twice a month on Zoom (details below) and focuses on the impact of divorce/separation on child(ren) and their parents.

Note: You may also attend Parents Forever voluntarily as it is open to ALL separating or divorcing parents (i.e. you do not have to live in Kansas or be ordered through the court).

Parents Forever is offered virtually via Zoom, and requires a passcode to join. Register to receive the code and other class materials via email. The registration deadline for each of the classes is 9 am the day before class.
